The image workflow
Riverflow workflow
Product first, then images
The two product sheets establish one shared visual source of truth for the full accessory range. Keep both sheets attached while generating every portrait scene so products can move between settings without drifting away from the approved SWIM & GO system.
Product
Create and lock both reference sheets
Open Riverflow's image generator, choose Riverflow 2.5, generate the large- and small-accessories sheets from Prompts 01 and 02, and approve them together as the product references.
Image
Generate each portrait asset
Attach both locked product sheets, paste one scene prompt, and generate at exactly 1080 × 1920 in 9:16. Keep the supplied product, label, text, lighting, material, and negative-prompt requirements intact.
Review
Check brand and product fidelity
Compare the result with both reference sheets. Approve only when product geometry, materials, stripe colourways, the red label, and every required SWIM & GO wordmark are legible and consistent.
Two locked reference sheets and 18 portrait assets
Visual playbook
The complete 20-image SWIM kit
Cards 1–2 are the landscape product references. Cards 3–20 are the delivered portrait assets. The terracotta and yellow overhead files are source-delivered re-renders of Image 03; because the source supplies no separate palette prompt for either one, those cards deliberately repeat the base composition prompt without inventing missing instructions.

1. Large Accessories Reference Sheet
The first locked sheet establishes eight large-format products, two stripe colourways, material cues, label construction, and the catalog layout.
Use when: Use Riverflow 2.5 and output exactly 3840 × 2160 in 16:9 landscape.
Original prompt
Image 01: Large Accessories Sheet
USE CASE: product catalog spec sheet / brand tech pack page
STYLE: clean e-commerce catalog design cross between a fashion tech pack and a premium resort-brand lookbook page — flat studio product photography, editorial grid layout, minimal and airy
SCENE: pure white studio background, flat even studio lighting, no shadow drama — only a soft, short contact shadow beneath each product to ground it on the white surface. No location, no beach, no pool, no lifestyle context. Static top-down/product-catalog framing throughout.
SUBJECT: a catalog spec sheet for a beach and pool accessories brand called "SWIM & GO", displaying 8 large-format products arranged in an ordered 4-column by 2-row grid, evenly spaced, each product centered in its own cell:
1. Folding beach chair — aluminum frame, striped fabric seat and backrest
2. Reclining lounger with an adjustable fold-out canopy shade
3. Beach umbrella — matching striped canopy fabric, natural wood pole
4. Soft-sided striped cooler tote bag — fabric body, zip top, twin carry straps
5. Rigid retro-style hardshell cooler — rounded silhouette, leather carry strap, pastel-colored shell
6. Folding bamboo picnic table with built-in cup and bottle slot holders
7. Beach backpack — canvas body with a striped front panel, roll-top or zip closure
8. Large tote bag — fully striped canvas body, canvas handles
Each of the 8 products is shown once as the hero product photo, with two small compact color swatches (or a tiny split-color mini-diptych) placed directly beside or below the product — NOT two full duplicate photos — indicating its two available brand colorways.
DETAILS: every product carries a small rectangular red fabric label sewn or heat-pressed onto it, printed with the wordmark "SWIM & GO" in bold sans-serif uppercase set on two lines when needed. Colorway A: fine vertical stripes in sky blue and navy blue on white. Colorway B: fine vertical stripes in soft pink on white. Materials read clearly: brushed aluminum, natural bamboo wood, woven canvas, ripstop fabric, smooth pastel hardshell plastic, tan leather strap. Below each product cell: a short clean sans-serif product name, followed by one brief line of material/spec description in English, both in dark charcoal on white. A header band across the top of the sheet displays the "SWIM & GO" wordmark logo and a short one-line tagline.
TEXT (EXACT): "SWIM & GO" / product name labels per cell / one short spec line per cell
TYPOGRAPHY: display wordmark in a bold rounded sans-serif, uppercase; body labels and spec lines in a clean geometric sans-serif, regular weight, small size, consistent baseline grid across all 8 cells
PALETTE: #FFFFFF background · #1B2A4A navy stripe · #A9CBE8 sky blue stripe · #F3B6C6 soft pink stripe · #C1272D red label tag · #2B2B2B text
IMPERFECTIONS: natural fabric weave texture on stripes, subtle real-world creasing on soft goods, faint authentic contact shadow under each product — nothing else, keep the sheet otherwise crisp and clean
CONSTRAINTS: no lifestyle photography, no beach or pool background, no people, no watermarks, no extra logos, no illegible text, no gradient background, no duplicate full product photos per colorway (swatches only), no distorted product geometry, no halos or fringing around product edges
OUTPUT: Output in exactly 3840px x 2160px (16:9 landscape format).
Negative prompt: lifestyle photography, beach background, pool background, sand, water, people, models, hands, watermark, extra logos, illegible text, blurry text, gradient background, duplicate full-size product photos per colorway, distorted geometry, warped proportions, halos, fringing, drop shadow, harsh shadow, oversaturated colors, HDR, lens flare, stock photo feel, cluttered layout, uneven grid spacing

2. Small Accessories Reference Sheet
The companion sheet applies the same catalog system to eight small accessories and completes the shared reference set used by every portrait prompt.
Use when: Use Riverflow 2.5 and output exactly 3840 × 2160 in 16:9 landscape.
Original prompt
Image 02: Small Accessories Sheet
USE CASE: product catalog spec sheet / brand tech pack page
STYLE: clean e-commerce catalog design cross between a fashion tech pack and a premium resort-brand lookbook page — flat studio product photography, editorial grid layout, minimal and airy, matching the established "SWIM & GO" large-accessories sheet design system exactly
SCENE: pure white studio background, flat even studio lighting, no shadow drama — only a soft, short contact shadow beneath each product to ground it on the white surface. No location, no beach, no pool, no lifestyle context. Static product-catalog framing throughout.
SUBJECT: a catalog spec sheet for a beach and pool accessories brand called "SWIM & GO", displaying 8 small-format accessory products arranged in an ordered 4-column by 2-row grid, evenly spaced, each product centered in its own cell:
1. Insulated water bottle / thermo — cylindrical, striped body, brushed metal screw cap
2. Pickleball paddle set — two matching paddles crossed together, plus one ball
3. Inflatable neck float — small tube-shaped mini pool float ring
4. Folded beach towel — striped, neatly folded into a stacked rectangle
5. Folded beach blanket/sheet — striped, neatly folded into a stacked square
6. Beach toy set — small bucket with a matching shovel resting against it
7. Drawstring beach pouch — small fabric accessory bag with a cinch top
8. Mini insulated lunch cooler bag — compact soft cooler, smaller and more square than a standard tote cooler, short carry handle
Each of the 8 products is shown once as the hero product photo, with two small compact color swatches (or a tiny split-color mini-diptych) placed directly beside or below the product — NOT two full duplicate photos — indicating its two available brand colorways.
DETAILS: every fabric or soft-good product carries a small rectangular red label sewn or heat-pressed onto it, printed with the wordmark "SWIM & GO" in bold sans-serif uppercase set on two lines when needed; hard-good items (bottle, paddles, bucket) carry the same wordmark printed or debossed directly on the body. Colorway A: fine vertical stripes in sky blue and navy blue on white. Colorway B: fine vertical stripes in soft pink on white. Materials read clearly: brushed stainless steel, woven ripstop fabric, smooth inflatable PVC, terry cloth toweling, molded plastic. Below each product cell: a short clean sans-serif product name, followed by one brief line of material/spec description in English, both in dark charcoal on white — same type scale and baseline grid as the large-accessories sheet. A header band across the top of the sheet displays the "SWIM & GO" wordmark logo and a short one-line tagline, identical placement and styling to the large-accessories sheet.
TEXT (EXACT): "SWIM & GO" / product name labels per cell / one short spec line per cell
TYPOGRAPHY: display wordmark in a bold rounded sans-serif, uppercase; body labels and spec lines in a clean geometric sans-serif, regular weight, small size, consistent baseline grid across all 8 cells
PALETTE: #FFFFFF background · #1B2A4A navy stripe · #A9CBE8 sky blue stripe · #F3B6C6 soft pink stripe · #C1272D red label tag · #2B2B2B text
IMPERFECTIONS: natural fabric weave texture on stripes and toweling, subtle real-world creasing on folded soft goods, faint authentic contact shadow under each product — nothing else, keep the sheet otherwise crisp and clean
CONSTRAINTS: no lifestyle photography, no beach or pool background, no people, no watermarks, no extra logos, no illegible text, no gradient background, no duplicate full product photos per colorway (swatches only), no distorted product geometry, no halos or fringing around product edges, keep visual system identical to the previously generated large-accessories sheet
OUTPUT: Output in exactly 3840px x 2160px (16:9 landscape format).
Negative prompt: lifestyle photography, beach background, pool background, sand, water, people, models, hands, watermark, extra logos, illegible text, blurry text, gradient background, duplicate full-size product photos per colorway, distorted geometry, warped proportions, halos, fringing, drop shadow, harsh shadow, oversaturated colors, HDR, lens flare, stock photo feel, cluttered layout, uneven grid spacing

3. Context Overhead
The base overhead composition arranges the approved range naturally beside a whitewashed villa pool in blue, navy, and pink.
Use when: Attach both locked reference sheets, choose Riverflow 2.5, and output exactly 1080 × 1920 in 9:16 portrait.
Original prompt
Image 03: Context Overhead (Cenital Composition)
USE CASE: product photoshoot, editorial flat-lay overhead composition
STYLE: high-end outdoor product editorial cross between a resort-brand lookbook flat-lay and a travel magazine poolside spread — real photography, not illustration, natural sunlit product styling
SCENE: high-angle overhead/bird's-eye view looking down onto the pale sun-bleached stone ledge of a whitewashed Ibiza-style villa pool, shot near midday, warm direct natural sunlight casting short-edged hard shadows. A slice of turquoise pool water is visible along one side of the frame, sunlight glinting on its surface. Real camera photography, shallow-angle overhead perspective, natural outdoor color temperature (~5600K daylight).
SUBJECT: a "SWIM & GO" branded poolside accessory collection arranged on the stone ledge in an organized but natural editorial flat-lay (not a rigid grid) — folding beach chair, reclining lounger, a closed umbrella leaning to one side, a soft-sided cooler bag, a folding bamboo picnic table holding one wine glass and a small bowl of fruit, an insulated water bottle, a neatly folded striped towel, and one small inflatable pool float. Most pieces in the sky blue/navy-and-white striped colorway, with one or two accent pieces (the towel and the float) in the soft pink-and-white striped colorway. No people, no hands, no models in frame.
DETAILS: every fabric product shows its small rectangular red "SWIM & GO" label clearly; stripe fabrics show authentic woven texture; the bamboo table shows natural wood grain; condensation beads faintly visible on the water bottle; genuine cast shadows from the midday sun grounding every object naturally on the stone.
TEXT (EXACT): "SWIM & GO" visible on the small red fabric labels only
PALETTE: #E8DFC8 sun-bleached stone · #1B2A4A navy stripe · #A9CBE8 sky blue stripe · #F3B6C6 soft pink stripe · #2AB7CA turquoise pool water · #C1272D red label tag
IMPERFECTIONS: authentic fabric creasing, natural uneven stone grout lines, faint sun glare on the water, realistic hard shadow edges — an editorial flat-lay, not a sterile studio composite
CONSTRAINTS: no illustration or render look, no people, no hands, no watermark, no extra logos, no illegible text, no over-symmetrical grid arrangement, no studio lighting, keep products photorealistic and consistent with the established SWIM & GO brand identity
OUTPUT: Output in exactly 1080px x 1920px (9:16 portrait vertical format).
Negative prompt: illustration, 3D render look, clip art, people, hands, models, watermark, extra logos, illegible text, rigid symmetrical grid, studio backdrop, studio lighting, plastic-looking fabric, oversaturated colors, HDR, lens flare, stock photo feel, distorted geometry, warped proportions

4. Context Overhead — Terracotta Re-render
This delivered terracotta colourway reuses Image 03's locked composition. The source pack supplies no separate terracotta palette prompt, so the complete base prompt is repeated below without invented colour instructions.
Use when: Attach both locked reference sheets and use the Image 03 base composition in Riverflow 2.5. Confirm the intended terracotta palette separately before generating a new version.
Original prompt
The source supplies no separate terracotta palette prompt. This is the complete Image 03 base composition prompt, reused verbatim so no missing instruction is fabricated.

6. Lifestyle Lounger
A candid resort image keeps the striped lounger and canopy sharp while the villa pool falls into authentic shallow focus.
Use when: Attach both locked reference sheets, choose Riverflow 2.5, and output exactly 1080 × 1920 in 9:16 portrait.
Original prompt
Image 04: Lifestyle: Lounger
USE CASE: lifestyle product photoshoot, editorial photography
STYLE: premium resort lifestyle photography cross between a boutique hotel campaign and an editorial travel shoot — real camera photography with authentic shallow depth of field, not illustration
SCENE: poolside terrace of a whitewashed Ibiza-style villa, golden warm natural sunlight (low afternoon angle, ~4000-4500K), soft directional key light with gentle fill, pale stone tiling, out-of-focus pool water and villa architecture in the background. Shot on an 85mm-equivalent lens at f/1.8, shallow real depth of field — subject and product tack-sharp, background softly blurred with creamy bokeh, subtle lens compression.
SUBJECT: a relaxed model reclining on a "SWIM & GO" folding lounger with its adjustable canopy shade, sky blue/navy-and-white striped fabric, positioned candidly — eyes closed or reading, unposed natural body language, resting in dappled warm sunlight. Product placed in the lower-to-mid frame per rule-of-thirds, canopy shade visible above.
DETAILS: the lounger's woven stripe fabric, aluminum frame joints, and small rectangular red "SWIM & GO" label are all clearly legible and sharply rendered even with the shallow depth of field; skin shows natural texture and a light sun sheen, no airbrushing; fabric shows authentic creasing under body weight.
TEXT (EXACT): "SWIM & GO" visible on the small red fabric label on the lounger
PALETTE: #F2EDE1 sun-warmed stone · #1B2A4A navy stripe · #A9CBE8 sky blue stripe · #FDF6EC warm skin/highlight tones · #2AB7CA soft blurred pool water
IMPERFECTIONS: natural skin texture and sun sheen, authentic fabric creasing, real asymmetric candid pose, soft natural shadow falloff — no retouching artifacts
CONSTRAINTS: no illustration or render look, no plastic/AI-smoothed skin, no watermark, no extra logos, no illegible text, no studio lighting, no symmetrical posed poses, keep the lounger and its branding photorealistic and legible despite the shallow depth of field
OUTPUT: Output in exactly 1080px x 1920px (9:16 portrait vertical format).
Negative prompt: illustration, 3D render look, plastic skin, AI-smoothed skin, waxy skin, airbrushed, beauty filter, deformed hands, extra fingers, unnatural pose, stiff body language, studio backdrop, studio lighting, watermark, extra logos, illegible text, oversaturated colors, HDR, lens flare, stock photo feel, distorted product geometry, illegible label

7. Poolside Essentials
A sharp graphic cluster combines the blue-striped tote, insulated bottle, and folded towel against glossy pool tiles.

Original prompt
Image 05: Poolside Essentials
USE CASE: product photoshoot, high-production brand campaign cluster shot
STYLE: bold graphic product photography cross between a premium resort-brand campaign and a high-energy studio packaging shoot — punchy directional studio lighting, saturated but clean color, sharp focus throughout, not a soft artistic bokeh look
SCENE: a glossy sky-blue swimming-pool tile backdrop, tile grout lines visible, catching a soft studio reflection on its glossy surface, evoking a poolside tile wall. Bright, crisp, directional studio lighting from upper-left with controlled specular highlights, no ambient softness.
SUBJECT: a "SWIM & GO" branded poolside product cluster centered in frame: a striped tote bag, an insulated water bottle, and a neatly folded striped beach towel, arranged together in a natural but deliberate stacked grouping. Sky blue and navy vertical stripes on white for all fabric pieces. No people, no hands.
DETAILS: BRAND LABEL (invariant, must render exactly): a small rectangular label, flat solid red background color #C1272D, sewn or heat-pressed onto a visible seam of the product. The label reads exactly "SWIM & GO" — white, bold, uppercase, geometric rounded sans-serif lettering, uniform stroke weight, tight letter spacing, ampersand same weight as the letters, centered. On labels wide enough, set on a single line: "SWIM & GO". On narrow/vertical labels, break across two centered lines: "SWIM &" / "GO" — never break the words differently, never add extra text, never misspell. No outline, no drop shadow, no gradient — flat red, flat white type only. Woven stripe fabric texture clearly visible, brushed metal bottle cap with a sharp specular highlight, authentic fabric folds on the towel.
TEXT (EXACT): "SWIM & GO" on each product label only
PALETTE: #2AA9D6 glossy pool tile · #1B2A4A navy stripe · #A9CBE8 sky blue stripe · #FFFFFF white · #C1272D red label
IMPERFECTIONS: authentic fabric weave and folding creases, faint realistic reflection of the products on the glossy tile, subtle natural contact shadow
CONSTRAINTS: no illustration or render look, no people, no hands, no watermark, no extra logos, no illegible text, no soft artistic background blur, no studio seamless paper backdrop, keep every product label typography exactly as specified
OUTPUT: Output in exactly 1080px x 1920px (9:16 portrait vertical format).
Negative prompt: illustration, 3D render look, people, hands, models, watermark, extra logos, illegible text, misspelled text, blurry label text, soft bokeh background, white seamless studio backdrop, distorted geometry, warped proportions, oversaturated colors, HDR, lens flare, stock photo feel

8. Beach Day Carry
A soft-pink beach grouping brings the backpack, drawstring pouch, and mini neck float together on textured sand.

Sky blue and navy vertical stripes as the primary colorway with one soft pink accent detail (e.g. the ball or a paddle grip wrap). No people, no hands.

Original prompt
Image 14: Brand Statement Card
USE CASE: brand statement card, social video closing/interstitial slide
STYLE: flat minimalist brand graphic design cross between a modern social-video title card and a resort-brand campaign statement slide — bold typography-led, no photography, no texture, clean and confident
SCENE: a solid flat navy blue background, no gradient, no texture, no lighting effects — pure flat color fill.
SUBJECT: a centered brand statement layout. At the top, small centered wordmark "SWIM & GO" with one short decorative dash line on each side. Below it, a large two-line white headline centered in the middle of the frame: "POOL READY." on the first line, "BEACH SET." on the second line. Below the headline, a small uppercase subtitle centered: "PACKED IN MINUTES. LOVED ALL SUMMER." flanked by two small graphic burst/spark accent marks, one on each side. In the lower-left corner, a small flat line-art icon of a simplified striped beach umbrella in white. In the lower-right corner, a subtle decorative outline icon of a simple wave, in a slightly darker navy tone than the background, low-contrast and purely decorative.
DETAILS: WORDMARK LOCK (invariant): the "SWIM & GO" wordmark must render in a bold rounded geometric sans-serif, uppercase, tight letter spacing, ampersand same weight as the letters — identical typeface family to the wordmark already established on the brand's product sheets. The large headline uses a bold, slightly condensed geometric sans-serif with rounded corners, high legibility, generous line height between the two lines.

Original prompt
Image 15: Thank You / Follow Us Card

Further below, a small uppercase label "FOLLOW US" above a bold handle "@SWIMANDGO". Below that, three simple flat line-art social icons arranged in a horizontal row (an Instagram-style camera outline, a Facebook-style "f" outline, a TikTok-style musical-note outline), evenly spaced, in white.
Why the prompts work
The two reference sheets separate product design from campaign art direction. Together they lock the range, product geometry, stripe systems, red labels, materials, and wordmark before the generator has to solve a poolside, beach, lifestyle, or flat graphic scene.
Each portrait prompt can then concentrate on a small, explicit set of variables: environment, composition, light, product grouping, colourway, material cues, and exact copy. Repeating the invariant label specification across the scene prompts also makes the highest-risk brand detail visible at review time instead of leaving it implicit.
Review checklist
Before you publish
Before approving a SWIM image
- Both approved reference sheets were attached for every portrait scene.
- The two product sheets are 16:9; every delivered campaign scene or card is 9:16 at 1080 × 1920.
- Product geometry, hardware, materials, and stripe direction match the locked references.
- Every required label has a flat #C1272D red field and correctly spelled white SWIM & GO lettering.
- The requested blue/navy, pink, or other confirmed colourway is consistent across the full product grouping.
- Exact campaign-card text is legible, complete, and free of extra characters, logos, or substituted wording.
- People have natural anatomy and skin texture; lifestyle scenes remain photographic rather than illustrated or airbrushed.
- The complete negative prompt was retained, with no watermark, extra logo, distorted product, or illegible copy.
FAQ
Which model should I use?+
Use Riverflow 2.5 in Riverflow's image generator for both reference sheets and all portrait assets.
Why are there 20 images but only 18 source prompt numbers?+
Prompts 01 and 02 create the two landscape reference sheets, while Prompts 03–18 create 16 distinct portrait compositions. The delivered media pack also includes terracotta and yellow re-renders of Prompt 03, bringing the total to 20 PNGs.
What prompt creates the terracotta and yellow overhead colourways?+
The source pack does not include separate palette instructions for those two delivered re-renders. Their cards therefore repeat Prompt 03's complete base composition and disclose the gap; confirm the desired replacement palette before recreating either variant.
Do I attach one reference sheet or both?+
Attach both locked sheets to every portrait scene. The large and small products appear together across the campaign, so the pair forms the complete product reference.
Does this guide include video?+
No. This is an image-only workflow covering the two product sheets and 18 delivered portrait assets.
