About

Coles Consultancy

Coles Consultancy is run by Ashleigh, a marketing consultant working with a small number of seven-figure Australian brands across health & beauty, kids' products and camping, alongside her own e-commerce business. Despite her clients' scale, few had the creative asset bank needed to actually market to consumers.

Highlights

A new creative offering

Professional-level output - photography and design-quality creative for clients.

Flat shots → styled scenes - standard e-commerce photography turned into campaign-ready lifestyle content.

A new service offering - built entirely around what's now possible with Riverflow.

Challenge

Big brands, but a limited set of assets

Many of Ashleigh's clients are seven-figure Australian brands - but despite the scale, their product photography was often limited to standard, white-background e-commerce shots.

Ashleigh understood what social actually demanded to stay relevant - fresh, varied, attention-grabbing content, constantly - but having only that limited set of assets meant working hard to make a little go a long way.

Solution

A full asset bank from a single shot

Riverflow let Ashleigh turn one flat, white-background product shot into a full bank of styled, campaign-ready content - imagery ready to use straight across social, website and wherever else a client needed it. Rather than delivering one asset at a time, she could build out a genuine content library in a single sitting.

One example: turning plain product shots for a kids' hydration and lunchbox brand into bright, styled back-to-school scenes designed to appeal directly to parents shopping for the season.

Results

A new offering for Ashleigh’s consultancy

The biggest impact is in what Ashleigh is now able to offer. Output quality has become strong enough that she's exploring restructuring her consulting model entirely - moving toward one-off, high-value asset packages.

Quotes

A few words from Coles Consultancy

With Riverflow, we can turn a single shoot into a genuine bank of content, and the detail - especially on product labels - is honestly the best I've found.

What's next

Helping brands to do more with less

Ashleigh sees the same problem repeating across more and more brands - a single photoshoot that needs to somehow stretch into a genuine bank of content. Having solved it for her own clients, she's now looking at building that same offering out further for new clients.
